Nowadays, rival jihadi groups describe each other as khawarij they all consider the Pakistan army to be an apostate and an unbelieving force. [10]Mufti Taqi Usmani, renowned Islamic religious scholar and former judge of Pakistan's Federal Shariat Court, tweeted in Urdu: "All praise be to Allah.
