To Moscow there has arrived delegation of the house of representatives of Libya, headed Agil Saleh, who met with the speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko. Matvienko said the Libyan Parliament that the normalization of the situation need negotiations with the participation of all stakeholders. However, she expressed the hope to strengthen cooperation of the Kremlin and the house of representatives of Libya. Then Saleh told Matviyenko about the situation in Libya and what the so-called national consensus Government (NTC) of Libya violates the agreement Shirtshe 2015 and is valid illegal. Saleh is outraged by the fact that the NTC of Libya continues to hold power illegally using armed forces.
