On Sunday, highly ranked tennis player Grigor Dimitrov announced he had tested positive after playing exhibitions in Serbia and Croatia. In the NFL, members of several teams — including Dallas Cowboys star running back Ezekiel Elliott — have tested positive. Yet the NHL, which allowed players to return only in small groups June 8, announced Friday that 11 of 200 players have tested positive.
