FIFA's 'Ten Years of International Transfers Report' has detailed the huge sums involved in dealings from 2011-2020, with clubs in England unsurprisingly at the heart of the big-money moves. CLUBS IN ENGLAND LOST OUT ON £5.2BN IN FEESEnglish clubs made a net loss of £5.2bn on international transfers in the timeframe, FIFA say in their research. Teams in England were also responsible for a quarter of international transfer expenditure, with over £9bn spent from a global overall total of £35.3bn. In total, there were 311 outgoing transfers and loans from the club, with 48.2 per cent of those bringing in fees. Barcelona are responsible for three of the top six transfers in that timespan, with Antoine Griezmann, Philippe Coutinho and Ousmane Dembele costing £346m.
