In a surprise announcement, SNK has revealed a new Samurai Spirits game, though when it will be specifically released and on what platform have yet to be announced. Interesting because like Street Fighter V, this new Samurai Spirits game uses Unreal Engine 4. Considering that it also shares the art style with the last two Street Fighter games makes me think that Dimps might be involved in the development of this new Samurai Spirits game. The last major release in the series was back in 2008 with Samurai Spirits: Sen in the arcades, which later saw a port on the Xbox 360. In any case, we have a new Samurai Spirits game to look forward to and one that will be released sometime next year.
