This is the second Valentine’s Day since the #MeToo movement erupted in 2017, and these new survey results reveal that office romance is still alive and well. More than half of employees have engaged in an office romance. This is just more evidence that organizations are dropping the ball when it comes to romance at work. Almost three in four (72%) would participate in an office romance again if given the chance. With almost three quarters of our employees interested in romance at work, organizations need to step up and guide employees through the entire relationship process.
