The number of virus cases in New Jersey and in New York City, the one-time epicentre of the pandemic, have increased over the past week. In New Jersey, where officials have said that no virus cases have been linked to indoor dining, pressure is mounting on Gov. Outdoor and indoor capacity is only part of the problem.
