Bengaluru might be known as the startup capital of India but that has not stopped others especially in the rural parts of Karnataka from innovating. Kumar, a farmer of Begur village in Gundlupet taluk, cultivates sunflower over six acres. Many of them in spite of being warned not to enter his fields to click pictures, ignore his pleas. So, instead of fighting and arguing with them, he now charges Rs 20 per person for a selfie with his sunflowers. Now he has reduced the charge to Rs 10 and still gets customers.
