The FA have announced that Thomas Tuchel has agreed a deal to continue as England head coach until 2028. The German’s existing contract was due to expire at the end of the forthcoming World Cup. Tuchel is excited over the prospect of leading England not only in the US, Mexico and Canada but also at a ‘home’ European Championship finals in 2028. Upon the confirmation of his new deal, Tuchel said: 'I am very happy and proud to extend my time with England. FA CEO Mark Bullingham added: 'I am delighted Thomas has committed to stay with us through to the EUROs in 2028.
