The Royal College of Nursing has said industrial action is on the table if the cap is not lifted in the autumn budget. Nursing pay has fallen by 14 per cent in real terms since 2010, the union says. Nurses chanted “scrap the cap” and “enough is enough”. They chanted: “Scrap the cap” and “Enough is enough”.
