Three people have been arrested and a motorway off-ramp is closed on State Highway 1 at Johnsonville, Wellington. NZTA issued a tweet at about 3.30pm Monday saying a police incident had closed the off-ramp. Police have confirmed three arrests were made in the area and the off-ramp closure was to allow a vehicle that was involved in an incident earlier in the afternoon to be recovered.
