Kenya Power has announced areas in two regions to expect interruptions on the better part of Saturday. In a statement, the power company said that some areas in counties including Trans Nzoia, Bungoma and Busia will experience interruptions at diverse times of the day. Others are Cherenganyi Nursing Home, Annex Prison, Muthoni, Sirende, Maili Saba, Village Inn, Siyenga, Sirende, Machungwa and Toro will also experience power interruptions from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm. Counties to experience power interruptions in the Western region are Bungoma and Busia. In Bungoma, areas including Bungoma CBD, Khetias Crossroad, Coolbase Hotel, Adatia Wholesalers, Tourist Hotel, Oldrex, Mulaha and adjacent areas will have power interruptions from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.Parts of Busia County to experience power interruptions include Malaba, Kenya Revenue Authority Malaba, National Cereals and Produce Board, Railway Station, Acunet, Malabe Primary School, White Castle, Garden Bag Restaurant, Serengeti and Angurai among others.
