Three citizens have seen their personal particulars used by the others to register in the citywide Covid-19 tests, Secretary for innovation and technology Alfred Sit Wing-hang said. Authorities have to investigate if the use of their identity card numbers and phone numbers was malicious. If so, there should be prosecution, Sit said. However, it is possible that it was those people's family members who register for them. The tests will start on Tuesday.
