The deceased was identified as Rezaul Karim, 48, from Erulia Shahpara area in Bogra sadar upazila, police told the Dhaka Tribune. Police, however, said Rezaul had suffered a stoke during a physical altercation, which caused his death. Bogra sadar police station OC SM Badiuzzaman said Rezaul’s body had been handed over to police after an autopsy. A case may be filed with Kahaloo police station in this regard, the sadar OC said.
