The death of a three-year-old girl after she was hit on the head with a golf club swung by her brother was a tragic, unavoidable accident, a coroner has ruled. The girl retrieved a set of children's golf clubs from the garage for them to play with. The boy placed a ball on the ground and urged his sister to "go away" so he could take his swing. "Sometimes it can be said that a person whose actions contributed to a death should have done something differently.
