U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson Friday urged Saudi Arabia to temper its military and diplomatic moves in the Middle East, delivering rare criticism from the Trump administration of the kingdom’s policies across the region. The White House has said little in recent months as Saudi policies toward Lebanon, Yemen and Qatar have set the region on edge and drawn concern from Western diplomats.
