Thinking outside of the herd mentality box, another look and intelligent decision needs to be made with 400 Mare Island Way. Nobody respects a dictating bully, which is why Vallejo voters could be useful in helping with this decision on the next ballot. Although I disagree, I truly respect those who do not envision 400 Mare Island Way as our new Vallejo Police Department headquarters. Subsequently, as a stakeholder in town, I have concluded the strengths of relocating the Vallejo PD to 400 Mare Island Way far outweigh the weaknesses. This new waterfront facility would encompass a well-rounded fitness center for police — officers attracting the well-balanced officers we desperately need.
