Tom Girardi has been spotted for the first time since splitting from his wife, Erika Jayne. Additionally, he was seen with a black eye on the left side of his face. Sonja Morgan from the "Real Housewives of New York City" also questioned how Girardi got the bruise, writing, "What happened," on the Best of Bravo Instagram account.
