Highland distillery Tomatin encourages Scotch whisky lovers to enjoy a curated collection of single malt whiskies designed to pair with each course of a traditional Burns Night supper. The pairings begin with Tomatin 10 Year Old, a bourbon cask-matured expression recommended alongside Cullen skink, a soup made with haddock, potatoes, and onions. For the haggis course, Tomatin suggests its Double Cask expression, matured in ex-bourbon and ex-Oloroso sherry casks. The Tomatin 12 Year Old Sherry Cask, fully matured in sherry oak, is positioned for the dessert course. The final dram in the collection is Tomatin Cask Strength Bourbon and Sherry, bottled at 57% ABV.
