Srinagar, June 21 (PTI): A top Lashkar-e-Toiba commander has been arrested by security forces from Kupwara district of north Kashmir, police said on Tuesday. The security forces then launched a search operation. The search operation was still in progress when reports last came in. Ukasha, a resident of Pakistan, is being questioned for information about the militant network in north Kashmir region where he was active for several years now, the official said.
