A year ago, the Toronto Blue Jays employed a blunt approach, bludgeoning their way to a first division title in a generation. In Sunday’s victory, the Jays staked Aaron Sanchez to a 5-0 first-inning lead and Sanchez was barely able to hold on through five innings for his sixth victory of the season. Leading 7-2, the Orioles touched up Sanchez for four runs in a bat-around fifth inning. But this four-game series against the Baltimore Orioles had a different look and feel. Devon Travis then finished Jimenez off, delivering another opposite-field double, scoring two more runs to make it 5-0.
