Trading halted temporarily at the Colombo bourseNewsTrading at the Colombo Stock Exchange was temporarily halted on Tuesday morning due to the S&P SL20 index dropping over 5 per cent from the previous close. It was not clear as to why the index fell or whether it was connected to the war-affected West Asian region. The exchange said in a statement that regular trading will commence in 30 minutes.
