An outpouring of condolences has swept across social media following the passing of “Khai Kaow”, a much-loved celebrity cat and social media star. The news was shared on Monday via the cat’s official social media page, which revealed that Khai Kaow had died peacefully. The post used a familiar phrase among pet owners, saying the cat had “gone to the cat star”, prompting an emotional response from followers. Khai Kaow, widely known online as “Khai Kaow Look Mae”, (my beloved child Khai Kaow) rose to fame after being rescued from life as a stray.
