At 4 am yesterday, the depression zone was located at 18, 5- 19, 5 degrees north latitude and 112, 5- 113, 5 degrees east longitude of the eastward of Hainan Island (China) with powerful wind of level 5- 8. A cold air occurred in the northern region of Vietnam. Because of impact of the depression circulation, medium- heavy rains and thunderstorms will hit the northern provinces on the large scale by tonight. By August 27, downpour rains, thunderstorms and powerful wind will expand into the northern central region.
