I recently received a letter from Lloyds Bank informing me that my Lloyds Duo Avios credit card will be cancelled from the end of September. I have banked with Lloyds since I was about 18 and I am now 71. I pay my credit card balance in full. The latest Lloyds advertisement says that the bank is “by your side”I called in at my local branch. The member of staff was bemused by the letter because nothing was wrong with my banking.
