There were no serious injuries when a truck came off the road in the Lindis Pass. There were no serious injuries after a truck crashed off State Highway 8 in the Lindis Pass early on Tuesday. Emergency services were called to the crash near Dip Creek on the Lindis Pass Tarras Rd about 5am. St John spokesman Gerard Campbell said an ambulance assessed one patient but no transportation was needed and the person took themselves to Alexandra Hospital. “There were no serious injuries and the road isn't blocked.”
