LOS ANGELES—The Trump administration is ending a humanitarian program for tens of thousands of Haitians living in the U.S., but will give those immigrants more than a year to leave. Haitian immigrants living in the U.S. under the government’s Temporary Protected Status program will have until July 2019 to leave the U.S. or apply for another status to remain, the Department of Homeland Security said in a statement.
