"This conceptualization of vote dilution -- state actors counting ballots in violation of state election law -- is not a concrete harm under the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment," the court wrote. Trump and his supporters still seek to block the certification of Biden's win in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania through a patchwork of cases. In fact, the voters who believe their votes were diluted unfairly admit they have not proven their claims at this time.
