It's a lot less hectic compared to Trump but the lack of action toward enforcing Constitutional rights under Biden hasn't convinced me that that it's any better. It's nice that Biden isn't actively threatening to violate my rights as a trans person but it's not nice that he mostly provides empty platitudes when states start actively pushing to violate my Constitutional rights. It's very much apparent that he's continuing the same kind of slide of hand that Bush did with same-sex marriage. Equally, I don't consider a return to the status quo as being any form of an upgrade from a madman.
