This includes cuts exceeding 50% for the Small Business Administration, the National Science Foundation, and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The administration also plans to cut the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) budget by $52m to initiate the privatisation of the agency. In contrast, the administration proposed a $10.5bn increase for federal Pell Grants to support low-income students.
