Trump was referring to his administration’s stalled efforts to get North Korea to dismantle its nuclear weapons program in exchange for concessions. We’ll make deals with North Korea very quickly,” he said during a press conference in Bedminster, New Jersey. “And we actually have a relationship with North Korea, which is something that was never established by the previous administration,” he said. On Wednesday, Trump told Fox News that North Korea would want to sit down for talks if the US presidential election were not months away.
