Anna Griffith said she rushed into her kitchen to investigate a smell of burning, when she found her new tumble drier "full of flames". She said she has been left shaken by the event and only bought the appliance four months ago. “When I went in to the kitchen I couldn’t even see what was in front of me through the clouds of smoke. “I have family who have lost relatives to house fires.”Anna said she contacted Hoover to complain about the incident on Monday morning. My five-year-old daughter couldn't go to sleep that night as she thought the house was going to go on fire.
