Interestingly, Twitter staff will learn of their fate through email at the start of business on Friday, California time, according to a company-wide email. Employees were instructed to leave work on Thursday i.e., 3rd November, and not show up until their employment mail confirmed their status. The email stated that the firm will go through the arduous process of decreasing its worldwide labor force in an effort to put Twitter on a healthy path. Now while the staff awaits the decision, the only detail they know is that of receiving a notice that informs them of their employment status. Musk stated that those whose employment is not impacted, will receive a notification via their Twitter email, and the ones whose employment is impacted, will receive a notification with the next steps via their personal email.
