Map of Chuadanga Dhaka TribuneThe arrestees have been identified as Chhaya Khatun and Gole BibiBorder Guard Bangladesh (BGB) personnel on Monday arrested two Indian citizens from Goyeshpur village under Jibannagar upazila of the district for illegally entering Bangladesh. The arrestees are Chhaya Khatun,18, and Gole Bibi, 35 . They hail from Kulopara village of Nadia district in West Bengal, BGB-58 deputy commander Mehedi Hasan Khan said at a press briefing on Monday evening. “BGB arrested the two Indian women from a mango orchard located beside Jaka Molla’s brick field at Goyeshpur in Jibannagar upazila at around 11am on Monday.”said Mehedi Hasan. A case was filed against the women, who were handed over to Jibannagar police station.” added the BGB official.
