Two men have been jailed for organising regular drugs parties where a 14-year-old schoolboy died from an ecstasy overdose. The judge said that although there was no evidence to bring criminal charges against them for Alex's death they were both morally responsible for what happened. Lincoln Crown Court heard the pair held regular drugs parties at King's home in the small Lincolnshire town of Holbeach, which has a population of 8,000 people, and targeted the invitations at school age children. 'Neither defendant has been charged in relation to Alex's death and the sentence the court imposes cannot reflect the death. After Alex's death, his father, also called Alexander, issued a statement on behalf of the family.
