Two people have been transported to hospital with minor burns after a garage in northeast Edmonton erupted into flames. Dan Rehill, a junior captain with Edmonton Fire Rescue, said they were called to a home at 6604 149 Ave. at 12:15 p.m. Sunday. Heavy equipment is being called in to tear down the garage because it is structurally unsafe. While no one was seriously injured, a truck in the alleyway, a boat and an ATV in the garage were completely destroyed by the flames.
