Two men have been arrested on suspicion of race hate crimes after allegedly filming themselves urinating on a mural of George Floyd. The suspects could be seen urinating against the memorial in Manchester while filming themselves, local councillors claimed. Two men, both 22, have since been arrested on suspicion of racially aggravated criminal damage. Manchester councillor Pat Karney said two men had been captured on CCTV urinating on the memorial, and filming each other as they did it. 'Officers attended and two men, both aged 22, were arrested on suspicion of racially aggravated criminal damage.
