Donald Trump's administration has been hit by revelations two more of its officials met with Russians before the US President was sworn in. The newspaper said J D Gordon, who was the Trump campaign's director of national security, and Carter Page, another member of the campaign's national security advisory committee, both said they met the ambassador. US Attorney General Jeff Sessions said he was recusing himself from any investigations into alleged Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election because he was involved with President Donald Trump's campaign. The Trump administration had been wracked by controversy after it emerged that former National Security Adviser Mike Flynn had spoken with Russian officials before Trump's inauguration.
