Asghar Badshah, 39, was found inside the former Yorkshire Bank in Batley, West Yorkshire, in December 2019 after being reported missing. West Yorkshire Police today issued a fresh appeal for information as it emerged two men and two women were arrested in connection with the case on Thursday. Qaisar Shah, 36, from Bradford, was charged with murder, conspiracy to kidnap and conspiracy to possess criminal property. Detective Chief Inspector Heather Whoriskey, who is leading the investigation, said: 'A major policing investigation has been underway into Mr Badshah's kidnap and murder since 2019. West Yorkshire Police ask anyone with information to contact the Homicide and Major Enquiry Team on 101, referencing Operation Plumeham.
