In a blog post Monday, General Mills, the company that makes Dunkaroos, confirmed that by summer 2020, they would be back in America. “We’re excited to help ‘90s kids relive all the best parts of childhood,” said Jeff Caswell, president of Snacks at General Mills, in the post. This staple of childhood lunches for all the ’90s kids out there has actually been gone for a few years. “There are times where products are not as popular as they once were,” said Mike Siemienas, a spokesman for General Mills, told me shortly before Christmas. Since discontinuing the product, General Mills has received loads of feedback via customer care representatives and on social media.
