The flagship store, located at the ground floor of Berjaya Times Square, also sports an Apple experiential area, featuring the latest Apple devices offered under its postpaid and device ownership plans. Lee said that the experiential area is maintained and funded by Apple, similar to the tech giant’s own Apple Store. The flagship store is the company’s largest retail outlet to date. The service centre was separated from the retail floor to provide a better customer service experience with a larger floor space. The flagship store and service centre are open from 10am to 10pm daily.
