Such a result is not so much as hinted at in New Jersey's charging order statute. § 42:2C-7 that the charging order statute be read in conjunction with "principles of law and equity." And with the Brogdons' objections all overruled, Judge McNulty entered the charging order against their interests in the 60 LLCs. But that is not a reason to deny the issuance of the charging order in the first place.
