WASHINGTON—The State Department said Wednesday that it is suspending routine visa services in most countries world-wide in response to the outbreak of the new coronavirus. The suspension applies to all routine immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, and will last until further notice, the State Department in a statement provided to The Wall Street Journal.
