LOS ANGELES—The Los Angeles police chief says the shooting of two men at UCLA was a murder-suicide. At one point, a team in tactical gear stormed into a building, and more than a dozen police cars massed near Boelter Hall, an engineering building. The shooting occurred in a small office in an engineering building. The campus on the city's west side was locked down, and dozens of officers with the LAPD and the university's police force ran across the campus, some with weapons drawn. Chief Charlie Beck said Wednesday there was no continuing threat and the campus is safe.
