England will come up against Spain and Croatia in the inaugural UEFA Nations League UEFA Nations League later this year. The Three Lions have been placed in Group A4 following Wednesday afternoon's draw from Lausanne in Switzerland. Wales, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Scotland will also take part in the short-format competition, which will be played over September, October and November this year, replacing traditional international friendlies. In Group A, the four group winners will face off at the 'Fab Four' tournament in summer 2019.
