He congratulated the graduands for their determination and diligence in completing their programs successfully despite the challenges they faced. “I’m particularly proud to highlight the university’s exceptional performance in global university rankings, which reflect the strength of our academic enterprise and research environment. In the 2026 Times Higher Education World University Rankings, the University of Ghana emerged as Ghana’s top-performing institution in key areas such as research environment, industry engagement, and international outlook in the 2026 QS World University Rankings,” he added. The February 2026 congregation ceremonies were dedicated to undergraduate and postgraduate students from the four colleges of the university.
