Sunday will be the best day of the weekend as forecasters predict moments of sunshine across the country. (Image: Dan Reid/REX)"The winds will be from the south-east, south or south-west and temperatures in the brighter areas, mainly in the east, into the high teens. There should be some sunshine in the evening in the south and south-east, although heavy rainfall is expected in south Wales. Next week's weather will be a welcome break from the flooding and thunderstorms witnessed across the country over the last few days.
