Monrovia – In the wake of the Presidential runoff, slated for November 7, Liberia’s ruling Unity Party (UP) said its campaign activities have taken a trend that needs the support of President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf. “I have a good relationship with President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, I have and good relationship with Vice President Joseph Boakai. Our campaign is going forward; it will not be disturbed or distracted” – Rep. Edwin Melvin Snowe, UP Campaign Mobilization ChairmanUnity Party Campaign Mobilization Chairman for the runoff election, Representative Edwin Melvin Snowe, said in this round of the election all hands, including that of the party’s former Standard Bearer, President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, are needed on deck in order to win the election for the party. “I have a good relationship with President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, I have and good relationship with Vice President Joseph Boakai. He expressed confidence in Liberians’ ability to make a good political decision.
