In a Facebook post on Friday, UP Diliman said its academic oval in Quezon City will be open from 4 a.m. to 9 a.m., and 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. everyday to the public, regardless of their vaccination statuses. UP Diliman said bikers can use University Avenue, Jacinto, Lakandula, Quirino, Ma. Meanwhile, families or groups of ten or less are also allowed to gather in open spaces along University Avenue, Sunken Garden and PAUW or the Philippine Association of University Women’s Child Care Center.
