The First Lady of the United States, Jill Biden, left Marrakech on Monday, at the end of a three-day visit to Morocco. The US First lady’s visit to Morocco highlighted by human encounters and visits to cultural and socio-educational sites, marking a new milestone in the strengthening of the deep-rooted ties between Rabat and Washington. The visit, part of a six-day tour of the Middle East, North Africa and Europe aimed at strengthening partnerships and promoting shared priorities in the region on behalf of the United States. During her visit, the First Lady also met the staff and participants of two programs funded by the US Agency for International Development (USAID). On Monday, Jill Biden visited the Ibn Al Aarif Collegiate High School, which has benefited from the “Secondary Education” project.
